Ingredients
1.2kg  Potatoes
300g   Mozzarella
50ml   Olive oil
Black pepper to taste

Utensils 
1 large baking tray
Tin foil

Method
Everything cooked in oven.
  1. Pre heat oven to 180c/160c fan,gas mark 4.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes into chips.
  3. Oil the base of the pan and add potatoes.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove skin from Sausages and add to pan mixing gently with potato.
  6. Put back in oven and cook for a further 30 mins.
  7. Add mozzarella and cook for a further 15 minutes.
  8. Serve on plates adding black pepper to taste
